
Internationally Recognized Eco-Theologian to Address "Ground for Hope 2"

and Drew Theological School's day-long interfaith environmental
conference to be held on April 23, 2007
On Monday, April 23, GreenFaith and Drew
Theological School are pleased to present Ground for Hope
2, a day-long interfaith environmental conference at Drew Theological School in Madison, NJ. Registration for

Larry Rasmussen, Reinhold Niebuhr Professor
Emeritus of Social Ethics of Union Theological Seminary in
New York will be the keynote speaker. Prof. Rasmussen
is an internationally recognized eco-theologian who has written
extensively on religious-environmentalism.
The conference
will also feature an interfaith worship service, and a series
of afternoon workshops. Breakfast
and lunch – both organic – will be provided. Those
attending will receive a wealth of information about ways
to green the operation of their religious facilities, advocate
for environmental justice, and deepen their spiritual lives
in relationship to creation.
