Paterson Legal Action

In 2005 GreenFaith worked with local activists and the Rutgers Environmental Law Clinic to force a study of to assess the impact on local air quality of the emissions from two industrial sites in Elmwood Park – the Marcal and Prime Energy Plants. GreenFaith continues to participate in efforts to reduce harmful air emissions from these plants and will post information to this site as new developments emerge.
