Meeting the Sacred in Creation:
How to Register

The cost of the retreat will be $400, including all meals and lodging.

To register for the retreat or for further information, e-mail Rabbi Troster at ltroster@greenfaith.org or call GreenFaith at 732-565-7740.

The Garrison Institute will co-sponsor and serve as host for the May 14-17, 2007 retreat, providing accommodations and meeting space in its refurbished monastery that overlooks the Hudson River five miles north of the Bear Mountain Bridge in Garrison, NY. Participants will enjoy hikes to Bear Mountain, organic vegetarian food prepared with many locally-grown ingredients, and the beautiful 90 acre grounds of the Garrison Institute. Each day will begin and end in shared contemplative silence, interspersed with hikes, group dialogue, and opportunities for shared worship.

Pilgrim Firs Retreat Center, located in Port Orchard, Washington, 45 minutes north of Seattle on the Kitsap Peninsula, is a secluded location in the midst of forests and lakes. Developed into a retreat center by the Pacific Northwest Conference of the United Church of Christ, Pilgrim Firs has 120 acres of unspoiled nature dotted with handsome cabins, lodges and meeting spaces.

Lake Logan Retreat Center in Canton, North Carolina, 90 minutes from Asheville, offers a stunning location in the Great Smokey Mountains. A retreat center of the Episcopal Diocese of Western North Carolina, the fall setting for this retreat will offer participants glorious views of fall foliage in a comfortable setting.
